Contacting your Angels and Spirit Guides Meditation


First say an opening prayer and surround yourself in divine white light, then do some relaxation breathing:
Get in a comfortable position. Close your eyes.
Breathe in deeply for a count of 4, hold for 2, exhale for a count of 4
repeat this several times, making sure to breathe from the diaphram.
Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful, grassy meadow. A pond sits at the far end and a large tree stands next to the pond. Walk towards the tree and as you walk towards the tree, you notice all the elements of nature, the smell of the grass, the sounds of the birds singing, you feel the light breeze blowing against your skin. Sit down at the tree base and lean back against the tree. Feel its life force. Feel yourself become one with nature. Notice the feeling of the sun shining down and warming your skin. Imagine roots coming out of the bottom of your body and traveling deep into the earth's core. These roots sink deep into the earth and drain all negative and toxic substances from your body and soul and dissipates them into the earth to cleanse them. Feel the tree supplying you with energy and connecting you to universal life force. Take a few minutes to breathe deeply and enjoy all the feelings of your surroundings.

Now, turn around and look behind you on the other side of the tree. You notice a figure silently standing and patiently waiting for you. You cannot make out the details of this person but they give you a good, peaceful, loving feeling. You notice a sense of oneness with this figure and familiarity. You know this is your guide. Stand up and walk towards this person. As you get closer, you see the person clearer and notice details of their physical appearance. Know that you know them and they are a part of you. You both have been waiting a long time for this. They outstretch their arms and embrace you as you approach them. Feel both your energies intertwining and feeding each other. Ask their name. If they do not give you an answer it is because a name is not important to them. Now is the time to ask them questions and take note of their answers. There are so many questions you could ask and you will have plenty of time to ask your guide now that you have met. Spend some time asking questions and listening to your guide.

Now, notice behind your guide is several other figures. They are also guides to you. You may walk up to the group and say hello and meet each one if you wish but it is not necessary. As you talk to your main guide, they will all talk to you through him or with him.

When you are finishing talking and listening to your guide(s). Thank them and imagine yourself walking away from the grassy meadow and slowly bring yourself back into your physical self.
